We invite you to participate in the two-month clinical practice based interactive online course, Diagnosis, Control and Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2.

This course is jointly organized by the Asociación Latinoamericana de Diabetes (ALAD) and the Sociedad de Diabetología y Nutrición del Uruguay (SDNU), with the support of the Society for Worldwide Medical Exchange.

Course Overview

The course contributes to the application of scientific evidence in type 2 diabetes, summarized in the 2013 ALAD Guidelines, within the different realities of Latin American countries.

This interactive online course includes study materials specifically designed for this activity, including articles, videoconferences, clinical cases for resolution in groups and individually, and clinical simulators.

The course will be available in Spanish and Portuguese. Online modality is asynchronous, enabling participants to have access to the materials and to perform activities from anywhere and at any time.
