Our Mission

The Society for Worldwide Medical Exchange (SWME) is an international non-profit organization uniting doctors around the world to advance global health through medical education. Recognizing health as a fundamental human right, we work to strengthen health care delivery by breaking down barriers to quality medical education. 

We believe that if we take action as a united global medical community, together we can fight diseases, develop cures and save lives.

Our mission is to unite doctors around the world and inform, educate and inspire them to provide care and sustain hope.
